About This Trail
The 10th Mountain Division Hut is located near Leadville, CO and is an easy ski trail. The hut is named after the soldiers who trained at Camp Hale and served in the mountains of Italy during World War 2. The 10th Mountain Division Hut Association was founded in 1980 and has 31 huts. The trail is at an elevation of 10,000' so there will be no need for snow late in the season.
