Kanarravile Mountain Road and Kolob Road

There is a combination of off road driving and hiking. When it's dry, Kanarraville Mountain Road and Kolob Road can be driven by any car. There are great views of the west from the south of Cedar City and north of New Harmony. The Captain Maurice F. Graham memorial can be seen from a detour from Kolob Road. Captain Graham landed his plane in a snow storm in 1930. The West Rim Trail has nothing but a ponderosa pine forest for the first mile, so there is an exploratory hike on the Wildcat Canyon Trail. The views of Zion National Park can be seen from Lava Point. The Northgate Peaks Trail has great views of Zion and is hikeable. You can take a drive on the rest of the road to see the views of Zion.
