About This Trail
This is what's happening: The road leading to the mouth of the canyon has a turn-around point at which most vehicles are good to go. According to paraphrase, hikers have to go up the road about one mile to see the trail marker. It is easy to overlook. The peak of the narrow trail is just 7400 feet high. There's some monitoring gear built in for the USFS. Avoid going down!
