Howell Woods Environmental Learning Center Trail

The Woods is owned by the college. The trails are good for hiking or bird watching and can take over three hours. It is possible to combine many of the short trails that can be made a nice loop. The trails are nicely marked and flat, making this a good place to take children. There are a lot of birds for bird watchers to see. It is not a good place for someone looking for a challenge, but it is enjoyable to spend an afternoon in. A small garden and injured hawks are featured at the visitor center.
