About This Trail

Imported description

The park has sweeping vistas of the Delaware River Valley, rolling hills, forested ravines and pristine streams. The 452-acre park, to be managed and maintained by Kingwood Township, and the NJDEP Division of Parks and Forestry, is a place for horseback riders, hikers, mountain bikers, bird watchers, and others. It has a 10,000- square-foot event center, a leash free dog area, and ten miles of trails. Hunting is allowed at this park during hunting season. The season lasts from September to February. If you're visiting during the season, wear bright reflective vests. On Sundays, hunting is not allowed.
