Explanation:After the attempt to drill oil, thecrystal geyser emerged over an undergroundge with some gasses that caused eruptions of the cold water off the drill block. One could say that John W. Powell discovered a spring in the past. It has been reported that this geyser would erupt if it were in its natural state in the past. Vandalism and other incidents have reduced the amount of eruptions and in some placesDecreased the power andCapacity of the geyser. According to various reports, it erupts twice a day, with eruptions lasting more than 2 hours.
