About This Trail

Imported description

The hike begins at the East Trailhead of Cowiche Canyon and is popular with locals who follow the former railroad west for 1.1 miles. The trail sign shows the hours of the Vineyard/Tasting Room. Climb 500' up through sagebrush and basalt formations to a scenic vista of the Naches Heights and Wilridge Vineyards. The road leading to the old farm house is usually covered with spent grapes. You can go to the tasting room, walk to the vineyard or return the same path back to the trail.
