About This Trail
This hike is great for each season. It's a straight climb up from the trail from the station. Go 2 miles and you'll intersect the AT. It is suggested to go south for 3.3 miles on the AT. Referring, I said there are some great resting spots with views along the way. The trail is not located at the Lower Mt. If you take the trail.12 miles, you can reach the tower. You are allowed to look at the tower from inside to see what the mountain view looks like. There are some of the best views in the park.
