About This Trail
The Empire State Building had a cross that could be seen from a certain angle. The chapel was designed by a Frank Lloyd Wright student and is 200 feet from the ground. The 90-foot cross can be seen from the ground along State Route 179. The chapel's interior is turned into a kaleidoscope of color at certain times of the day. It is an ideal setting for spiritual reflection and prayer, as well as incredible views of the Red Rocks.
