About This Trail
The road goes past the falls and up to the basin. It's about 3 miles. There are some interesting old mine equipment around the lake area. The lake has a nice view south of the Needles. The ridge from Blue Lake to the south is called the Columbine Lake. It would add just over 5 miles to the total. The road follows a creek the whole way. There are still great views.
