About this unit
Central Platte and northeast Albany counties along the North Platte River between Glendo and Wheatland. Short-grass prairie with cottonwood riparian along the river and ponderosa breaks on the higher benches. Mix of Glendo SP, BLM, and significant private ranch ground.
