About

There are 13 sites at the Snowslide Campground in La Plata Canyon. Some of the sites have access to the La Plata river. There are fire grates, picnic tables, and pit toilets. Water is available at a campground across the road, but bear safe food storage is recommended. There is no trash pickup during the months of September and May. Keep them clean and pack it away. It is acceptable for a single family with more than 8 members to fit in the parking spur. There is no overflow parking.
