We are a scenic 23 site RV Park on 7+ acres in the town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Conveniently located a mile from historic Downtown, home to the "World's Deepest Hot Springs" & less than 2 miles from Uptown. Our Park is heavily wooded with mature Ponderosa Pine Trees that offer an abundance of shade while providing coverage to a variety of wildlife. Enjoy outdoor Live Music on stage every weekend performed by some of the best local bands! Other amenities include beautiful, newly remodeled bathrooms/showers-steam cleaned daily at 225º, daily trash pick-up, a fenced dog run & professional dog wash, 24 hr. laundry facility and walking trail. Make use of our wood burning campfire rings, charcoal grills & large picnic tables with umbrellas in our Community Area. We offer self-serve bagged ice & firewood available for your convenience.
