Welcome to JW Durango Riverside Resort! Located along the Animas River in the beautiful San Juan Mountains. Tucked along the river’s edge at the northern end of the Hermosa Valley, our campground is just north of historic downtown Durango and right off the scenic Million Dollar Highway. This area is home to countless recreational opportunities, including hiking, biking, off-roading, fishing, river rafting, horseback riding and the popular Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad. JW Durango Riverside Resort features a pool, game room, convenience store and more. We are remodeling cabins, modernizing our store and upgrading the pool area in addition! You may choose to stay in one of our rustic cabins, vacation rentals, riverfront RV sites, spacious super-sites, or tent sites.
