About

The campground is located along US Highway 160, 4.1 miles west of South Fork, Colorado. The lower loop is made up of Aspen and a few pines. The upper loop is above US Highway 160 and has shade. This loop provides great views of the mountains. The south fork of the Rio Grande River provides fishing opportunities just south of the campground. The facilities have 13 campsites with tables and fireplaces, 2 vault type toilets, and adequate parking space for RV's. There is no drinking water or firewood. The Information Center has individual site descriptions.
