This campsite sits at an elevation of nearly 10,000ft, making it the highest Tentrr tent site in the World! The site offers breathtaking views in all directions. To the North is“America’s Mountain”- the monstrous 14,115’ Pike’s Peak. Expansive views from the tent to the South overlook Beaver Creek Canyon and the Arkansas river valley, which sits nearly 5,000ft below the property allowing you to easily see 100+ miles into the horizon. Take a stroll through a lush aspen grove with towering aspen trees larger than any you’ve ever seen, hike through a pine forest ravine or relax in a sunny meadow- this campsite has it all. The campsite is very private yet accessible to many amenities and activities. It’s a 15 minute drive to Victor, or 25 minutes to Cripple Creek where many tourist attractions await. Mining tours, gold panning, gaming and gambling, restaurants, railroad tours and more! Drive, bike or hike just a few miles down the road to Skagway reservoir to enjoy excellent trout fishing. There is a hiking trailhead near the dam at Skagway that follows the river into Beaver Creek canyon with tons of beautiful granite formations- fish, hike or climb in this incredible area. To make your getaway even more convenient the host offers an extra(at additional cost)“Adventure Gear Shed” that’s packed with all the stuff to make our campers' time here even more unforgettable- unlimited firewood, fishing equipment, SUP boards, mountain bikes, hiking gear, outdoor games, dog gear, extra tent and chairs.
