About This Trail

The trail is the full circle of the Whittemore Sanctuary, though shorter and longer hikes are possible on the network of trails. It's hard to get lost with maps at every intersection. The park has a lot of low, swampy areas that tend to bring out a lot of files in the warmer months. There is a hut in the center of the park that is intended for birdwatching and photography.
