About This Trail
Whiteside Mountain is a landmark along the Eastern Continental Divide. The cliffs on the mountain are like sheets of ice. This rock is between 450 and 500 million years old. The two mile loop trail above the sheer high cliffs is great for taking great views to the west, south, and east. The Whiteside Mountain Trail is harder to trail than other trails. This is a location that charges a fee. You have to pay $3 per vehicle. It is an excellent hike with amazing views.
