About This Trail
The southern end of the campground is the location of the Trailhead. It is possible to reach a fork in the trail after a short walk west. Stay right through the yellow blazes, paraphrase. You can start a long walk on the logging road after crossing the highway. You must cross the creek using a moss covered log bridge during the final 3 miles. The forest will be a trail leading to a high point at 2265' elevation. You start a downhill hike after that with a detour on logging roads. A short hike at the trail junction is included when crossing the highways again and descending a decent set of steps. Just past the campground is a short and convenient path back to it.
