The Chatfield Trail goes through parts of the Cockaponset State Forest and the private lands. The trail goes through a mixed forest and passes the Fat Man Squeeze, a narrow vertical crack in a cliff. This trail is a fun challenge because of the cliffs and rocky terrain.
