Tioga Falls Trail

The trail is closed at the beginning. You will take a detour for a while. The trail splits about 1/3 of a mile from the start. Please stay off of the train tracks, as this loop trail passes by two of them. A set of stone steps will lead you down to the remnants of an old spring house. This was a place where carriages stopped in the 19th century. You will reach the Tioga Falls after about a mile if the water flow is light. The Falls are 130 feet high from top to bottom. At this point, the trail goes back to the starting point. The lower portion of the loop follows Tioga Creek. The trail goes back to the parking area.
