Tin Mines Extended Loop

This route is a good option for people who like to ride a bicycle or hike long distances. It combines several trails around the area. You can start at the end of Jon Cunningham Blvd and walk or bike on the Old Tin Mines Road and then take the Scenic Drive Trail. The Sotol Forest Trail is to the left of the Scenic Drive and Sotol Forest intersection. The Alltrails route will take you to the Bowen Ranch, but you should use the map to find the Coyote Ugly Trail, there is no sign here. You should carry enough water with you because there is no shade in this area.
