About This Trail
It was from Red Canyon campground that we started the paved bike trail to Coyote hollow, and from there the loop began. The initial ascent is slow and a pleasant warm up before the main trail. The first part of the trail is an up and down ride with some nice climbs. The ride gets a little more level at the midpoint with some great views. You descend the mountain and are hit by a bomb downhill that dumps you right into the Red Canyon campground. Excellent ride.
