About This Trail

Imported description

There is a parking lot near the public restrooms. Go left onto the Red trail and then right onto the Purple trail. You will head to Birchwood Lake after about 1.6 miles on the Red trail. You can walk by the Western side of the lake for about a fifth of a mile. You will rejoin the Red trail at the 2.6 mile mark and then go on to the Yellow trail loop around the Tourne.
