About This Trail
The greenway encircles the lake and the Koka Booth Amphitheatre has an asphalt trail. The trail is located on the east side of Symphony Lake. Swift Creek is crossing through a nature preserve. The Symphony Lake greenway goes out to the west of the lake across a flood plain and connects to an asphalt greenway that winds along the western side of Regency Parkway. The Cary Road Race is held at Symphony Lake.
