Sweeney Ridge Trail via Sneath Lane

Relating: explores the wonders of Sweeny Ridge. Excellent views of the Pacific Ocean can be found on the Ridge trail. The most straightforward path to Sweeney Ridge is the paved trail from Sneath Lane. You will be able to appreciate the views over the eastern side of the peninsula if you ride the trail solo or with an occasional cyclist. If you want to take a short walk to the Portola discovery site you can take a hike north on Sweeney Ridge. It's located at the end of Sneath Lane and can be accessed from the boulevard.
