About This Trail

Imported description
The figure eight is formed by two small loops that overlap. The north/ east loop is accessible from the northern parking area. You can add in the south/west loop if you skip the cutoff. It can be hard to follow the trail in places that don't see a lot of traffic. There's a small stream crossing and the bridge is out, but a tree has fallen across in the right spot. The best part of this hike is that you can follow the creek downstream to a lake with lodges and an incredible system of tiered dam where it flows out to the south. You could even find that missing bridge.
