About This Trail

Imported description
The visitors center has displays about the historic furnace, mines and ruins. You can arrange a tour of the furnace and mine area if you call ahead. The blue blaze trail runs in front of the visitors center. The foundation of the church is on the right side and the wooden bridge is over the water wheel. It was restored in the 1950's. Continue on the trail. After following the road for a while, you'll get to the woods where you'll cross an inlet on a berm. The trail begins to climb after turning south. Follow back to the visitors center.
