The trail is a combination of trails and there is a creek at the separation of Spring Gulch trail. It's worth noting that this is not a heavily traveled trail and that you should carry bear spray just in case. It's highly recommendable for hikers and trail runners, just watch out for bikes and don't wear headphones, you may get run over.
