About This Trail
The boundary of the Buffalo River National Park is from the southern end of the Ozark Highlands Trail. The trail ends on the shoulder of Tater Hill. The Buffalo River Trail is located on the western side of the national park and is mostly on abandoned logging roads. Tater Hill is a 500' mountain rising above Big Creek, but it is not a great place to take photos.
