About This Trail
Moderate hike through the woods that includes six trees and Crone Miller lake. The Peavy Arboretum is located in Oregon and owned by Oregon State University. The arboretum was built in the year 1926 and operated as a CivilianConservation Corps' camp from 1933 to 1942. They planted trees and built roads and trails, as well as constructing CroneMiller Lake. The old growth forests are part of the Arboretum. Crone Miller Lake is home to the Oregon State logging club.
