About This Trail
It is not safe after high water/rain events. The access trail begins at the North of Thomas Aquinas College. It leads you to the shady banks of Santa Paula Creek. There are a number of swimming holes further along the trail, just past Big Cone Camp. You will enter private property to access this trail. Follow signs and go past an oil rig. You will walk past a large red gate and go to another oil pumping rig. The sounds of the Santa Paula Creek will greet you when you leave around the rig.
