About This Trail

A waterfall of 60' can be seen at Jump Creek, an ATV/Offroading area with horse backing. It started in the basin around the springs. The canyon has colorful rock walls that are hundreds of feet tall. The Jump Creek Recreation Area is only used on a daily basis. The trail head has several fire rings and picnic sites. It is easy to reach by car. The trail head leads to the falls. There is a waterfall. It will require hiking and rock climbing. There is a herd of wild mustangs in the area. The parking areas, trail head, and trails are all in good shape after being renovated. The area is popular with hikers, sightseers, horse backers, and photographers. The hiking trails are off limits. There is a restroom at the trail head.
