About This Trail
Rush Mountain Mining loop trail is 3.6 miles and climbs up a hill to reach the mine level. The trail goes east along the side of the hill, past old mines and some old mining equipment, before it goes back to the trail head. The primitive part of the trail that is not maintained and climbs around and eventually over Rush Mountain is very confusing.
