Rockfish Creek via Canoe

Put in at the fire department on Calico to avoid being towed. It's a difficult creek to get out of. There are many downed trees in the creek. The creek has nice scenery and a good current most of the time. It's a good idea to store some energy because you'll need it to get your kayaks up the slope. It is so washed out that the footing is difficult to walk in.
