About This Trail
The hike starts in the village of Rio en Medio and goes past several waterfalls to the junction with the Borrego Trail. It's likely you won't see any other people from here. Follow that downhill to the junction of the RioNambe Trail. The route finding is a little difficult. You should use the waypoints to guide you. Follow the path to the confluence with the Rio Capulin. Take some time off here. The trail goes left from the confluence. If you want to return to the Rio en Medio you have to cross the Rio Natbe again, and you must watch for the Viejo Trail sign.
