About
Big Tesuque is not suitable for RV or trailer campoing. There are picnic tables and grills in the parking lot. There is no water or a campground host. The entire area is very scenic and NM 475 is designated as the Santa Fe Scenic Byway. In the fall the area is very busy because of the large stands of aspen. There are additional recreation opportunities in the area, including hiking and biking trails, picnic areas, and in the winter. Both nordic and Alpine skiing are included. Tesuque is pronounced "tess-U-key".
