You can hike around 1,000 feet because of it's location on the Rim. The Ridgetop Trail is in a park that has a lot of rises and valleys. Prepare for a 4.2 mile hike, because it will take you one way into the woods. The Ridgetop path will show you a view of a forest and diverse wildlife.
