Quechee Gorge Dewey Pond Trail

The out-and-back walk begins in the parking lot of Dewey's Mills Pond and ends on a small strip of land between the pond and the river. The trail becomes a little more rugged if you walk straight past the dam toward the bridge. The trail starts behind a gate at the Dewey's Mills Pond parking lot. The picnic area has restrooms and benches to rest on. The pond and the Ottauquechee River have a lot of life.
