About This Trail

Imported description
A hike that leads to a point on Tiger Mountain state forest is referred to as the poo poo point trail. The parking area is free and you can access the hike there. There is parking available at the high school. The trail has a gradual climb at the beginning but then becomes steep as you progress. The trail traverses many creek's valley. It is a good place to rest and explore, because Gap Creek is crossed by a bridge. The sun won't hit you because the trail is shaded by trees. There are two picnic tables at the top of the Clivus lavatory and great views after dusk. The point is popular with paragliders and hang gliders because of it's launch point. If you are lucky, a paraglider could land on the point.
