About This Trail
You can take the Succor Creek gravel road and the country school house. Don't load your ATVs here. Traveling down the road can be a challenge as you will be heading into the wind. The Black Rocks overlook is on the rim of the OWYhee Canyon. You will pass by. The cemetery is small and there are at least six grave sites. The ATV trail that leads downstream from the OWYhee Dam is high and dry out of the water this time of year. The ATV trail is under water when the dam is full. To get to the trailer, you have to follow the Succor Creek Road. It is spectacular with huge, colorful rock formations. This trip was greatly aided by the waypoints and tracks furnished by Gbraach.
