About This Trail
The Organ Peak is reached by walking on the Fillmore Trail, which is about one mile away. The trail is well marked and is not difficult in some areas. There is no defined trail at mile 4 and you have to climb by the arroyo before you reach the rim. You walk through the steps at the rim. You will have wonderful views throughout the journey, but if you reach the summit, you will be amazed by the beautiful landscape that you will contemplate. It's important to have a good pair of hiking boots, a walking stick and some water. You will love this trail.
