Oakland Nature Preserve - Woodland Trail

Green Earth has hiking and outdoor recreation at six sites. All properties are open during the day. This is the second preserve acquired by Green Earth. It is located on North Oakland Avenue. The parking area is north of Owens and south of Ready Mix Road. The preserve contains two trails at a low level of difficulty. There is a second trailhead at the dead end of N. Bridge St. The north side of the railroad tracks leads to the Woodland Trail. The portion of the site that is wooded has a trail loop that is approximately half a mile in length. The Kids Exploration & Education Trail and the Stan Harris trail are both accessible from parking on Oakland Street. Please visit the website for more information.
