About This Trail
The hike starts with a lot of rolling terrain. After a bit the trail emerges into a wildlife opening and I've kicked up a few turkey and deer from as far away as you can hear. You can follow the river after moving through the opening. There are many opportunities to just stop and enjoy the quiet. You walk through a pine plantation after the river viewing to get to the trail you came in on. This property is full of birds.
