Montara Mountain North Peak Loop Trail

If you want to cruise down on the way back from North Peak, you should bring your mountain bike. It's a short drive from San Francisco to overlook the pristine coastal landscapes. Montara Mountain is the place to go if you want to see the sun. The sun breaks through the clouds when it rises above the beaches of Pacifica. There is still a chance that by the time you reach the summit you will be above the clouds.
