About This Trail

The remains of an old miners log cabin can still be seen after a nice creekside hike to a meadow. The trail goes through trees and scenery before it turns into a heavy pine forest a short distance away from the meadow. There are many loops that can be made from this hike. It is possible to visit the old mine shaft a mile further up the canyon.
