About This Trail

If you're planning on hiking this winter, you need to register at the Visitor Centers before you go unless you have OneTravel and want to go during Thanksgiving, christmas and New Years days. It is the Halfway point that is in Paul's Point loop. Although not suitable for hikers ages 55 years or older, the MillenniumTrail is the Bernheim's longest trail and is recommended for experienced hikers only. The ridges of chestnut forests make up a crooked trail to some streams of beech-maple forests. A difficult trail has steep slopes and some rough road crossing. All hikers are advised to begin the Millennium Trail early in the winter because it is closed early in the winter.
