About This Trail

It was a great hike up the canyon to the icehouse saddle. This is for people who are tired of the crowds on the icehouse canyon trail. The price is 1200 ft elevation gain and a few extra miles. The road that leads to the trail is rough. It was recommended that high clearance vehicles be used. The trail goes up and down the canyon between the rock slopes and the wooded trail. It was a pretty steep climb. If the wind isn't bad, you can finish at the Icehouse Saddle. The views coming down are inspiring. The trail is small on the downhill side. Don't look at your step.
