About This Trail

The main trail is 2.5 miles around the pond and wetlands. The sites were once home to many mills and factories. There are some remaining foundations and a staircase near the main parking area. The old mills and factories that used to be here are located near the dam. This is a protected archaeological site. It's a good idea to not dig, remove anything, use metal detectors, etc. The north side of the white trail is clear and wooded, while the south side is muddy. It's 2.5 miles long and loops around the pond and wetlands. There are benches on each end of the pond.
