About This Trail

This one has everything if you love mountain peaks in every direction, water, flowers, lakes and passes. There are mountain goats, a beautiful mountain lake, and creek sounds. You would have to walk along a few miles of Independence Pass to make this loop. This hike needs to be done in two different ways. It is possible to turn around early to shorten the trip. You could use some of the cool lakes on the map.
